We are a young and ambitious EU organization currently looking for an IGL to complete our ESEA roster. The core has been together for 6-7 months and is currently playing its third ESEA season, with Entry qualification and playoff experience, narrowly missing Intermediate. Average Faceit Elo is ~2400, with clear ambitions to progress toward Tier 2/3 competition. We offer a structured environment with 4 practice days per week (19:30-22:00 CET), regular ESEA, tournaments, and qualifiers, ESEA fees covered, and a strong long-term development focus. We’re looking for a mature, reliable IGL (ideally 20+) with 2300+ Faceit Elo, team/ESEA experience, a non-toxic mindset, and long-term commitment. If this sounds interesting, feel free to reach out.
